  1. HOW DO I PURCHASE PRODUCTS?
You can purchase products by using the customer support hotline or by Facebook messaging. Purchased products will be shipped to the recipient address specified at the point of ordering.
  1. IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?
We can deliver products to locations based within and outside Sri Lanka. Relevant delivery charges to be borne by customers.
  1. HOW DO I PAY FOR PRODUCTS?
Payments are settled at the point of delivery. Refer to Store Policy for further information
  1. CAN I PAY BY EITHER CASH OR CARD?
Both cash and card payments are acceptable.
  1. How long will delivery take?
Delivery time varies as per the booking date, time of the week/month/year. You will be provided with an approximation at the time of booking. Refer to Delivery information for further information
  1. CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Dispatched shipments cannot be tracked until delivery to recipient address.
  1. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be changed after confirmation has been received.

Shipping address cannot be changed after shipment has been dispatched
