Store Policy

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

The store reserves the right to cancel orders at any stage during the ordering and warehousing process. The store’s contract with customers is not initiated until the products have been dispatched. The store’s brand and stock contracts supersede customer contracts in regards to stock pricing and availability.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

  • Any faulty or unsatisfactory items should be returned to the store address within 3 days of receiving. Complaints are not entertained if the return of goods is not fulfilled within the specified grace period.
  • In the event of faulty or unsatisfactory products being received, customers should contact the store and state the concern. Customers may be requested to take and send photographs supporting their claim.
  • In the event of faulty or unsatisfactory products being returned to the store, customer is presented with two options

(a) Request replacement products

(b) Request credit amount to purchase alternative products

The store retains complete authority on verifying complaints regarding products sold/returned and will not accept products drastically different from the original condition they were delivered in.
